• Choose the right sized intimate wear.
• discard old underwear after they lose shape and quality.
  Maintain hygiene by keeping the tender skin areas clean and dry with bathing and moisturizing regularly.
• Use antifungal powder or cream.
• Avoid sharing personal items.

• Measure your waist and hips.
• Compare measurements to the Erobold's Size Chart.
• Consider your body shape and preferences.
• For example, If your waist size is 32 and you prefer to wear body hugging elastic, then you can choose size "S" and if you want a little more relaxed feel then you may choose Size "M".

It's essential to select a jockstrap that fits well, offers sufficient support, and is made from a material that suits your comfort and performance requirements. After careful consideration and trials, we have chosen to make jockstraps with a Cotton Spandex pouch. Cotton provides breathability, a soft texture, shape retention, as well as sweat absorption, making it ideal for heavy-duty use.

You can choose to either hand-wash or machine wash your intimate wear. Follow the care instructions on the label of your Erobold product to see if there are any specific recommendations for its maintenance.
If you notice any stains on your underwear, it's best to pre-treat them before washing. You can use a stain remover or gently rub a bit of laundry detergent on the stain.
Use cold or lukewarm water for washing your underwear. Hot water can cause shrinkage and weaken the elastic.
If using a washing machine, select a gentle or delicate cycle to minimize wear and tear.
Fabric softeners can leave a residue that may reduce the absorbency of your underwear. It's best to skip them when washing underwear.

Bleaching intimate wear is not recommended due to several reasons. Few pointers can explain why a soft skin friendly detergent wash is better over bleaching.

Skin Irritation: Bleach can cause skin irritation and allergic reactions, especially in sensitive areas like the groin.

Fabric Damage: Bleach can weaken and damage the fibers of your intimate wear, leading to thinning, brittleness, and tears.

Color Fading: Bleach can cause the colors of underwear to fade or become discolored, reducing their vibrancy.

Alternative Cleaning Methods: There are safer and effective methods, such as using mild detergent and following care instructions, to clean underwear without bleach.

As a thumb rule avoid fabric softeners but occasionally Yes you can use gentle fabric softener or conditioner.
