At Erobold, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below.


Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered, with original packaging and tags intact.
  • Return or exchange requests must be made within 2 days of delivery.
  • If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, notify us within 2 days with photographic evidence.
  • Erobold reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective upon arrival:

  • Underwear
  • Bodysuits
  • Body Harnesses & Bands
  • Socks

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please submit a request on our Returns & Exchanges page within 2 days of receiving your order.

You’ll need to provide:

  • Your Order Number
  • Your Email or Phone
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • Relevant Photographs, if applicable

This helps us process your request faster and ensure a smooth experience.


Refund Process

Refunds at Erobold are processed based on the reason for return selected while raising the request on our Returns Page.

  • If your item was damaged on delivery or you received an incorrect product, you can choose between a refund to original payment method or store credits.
  • For all other return reasons, refunds will be issued as Store Credits. These credits are fully usable on any future order, along with ongoing offers.

Once your returned item reaches our warehouse and passes the quality inspection, your refund will be processed within 24 hours.

Please note:

  • Store credits never expire and can be fully redeemed on any Erobold order.
  • Refunds via cash or bank transfer are not offered.

Terms & Conditions

  • A ₹100-₹300 charge may apply for returns, exchanges, or reattempted deliveries, depending on the reason and product.
  • Returned items must pass inspection to qualify for a refund. Used or damaged items are not eligible.
  • Refunds are provided as store credits for future purchases.
  • If return pickup is unavailable in your area, you may need to self-ship the item.
  • Only products purchased directly from Erobold’s official website are eligible for return.

Returns & Exchange Policy for Discounted Products

Please note that all products purchased during a sale, offer, or promotional discount are considered final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable.

We understand sizing or fit issues may occasionally arise. In such cases, we may offer an exchange or store credit at our discretion, provided the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.

Exchange Terms for Discounted Products

  • A minimum exchange fee of ₹200 will apply.

  • If the product was purchased at a heavy discount, customers may be required to pay the difference up to the full MRP or ₹200, whichever is higher.

  • All shipping costs (both reverse and forward) are included in this fee.

  • Exchange approval is subject to product condition after quality check.

Partial Prepaid Orders & Return to Origin (RTO)

At Erobold, customers may place orders with a partial prepaid amount to secure their products while maintaining payment flexibility.

In the event of a Return to Origin (RTO)—when delivery is attempted but not accepted or fails due to customer unavailability or refusal:

  • We will make a second attempt to process and ship the order after confirming with the customer.

  • The prepaid amount already paid will be adjusted against the reprocessed order.

If the customer decides not to proceed:

  • The partial prepaid amount will not be refunded to the original payment method.

  • Instead, store credit of an equivalent value will be issued, which can be used for future purchases.

This policy ensures fairness, as logistics costs have already been incurred and a delivery attempt was confirmed.

We advise customers to ensure availability at the delivery address and monitor tracking updates to avoid delays or missed shipments.
