How do points per INR spent work?

For every INR 100 spent, you'll receive 50 BOLD BONUS Points!

How do I spend my Bonus points?

Make sure you are logged in to your account. You can do this by clicking "Account" in the top right corner on the Home Page, or "Log In" on the Checkout page. Once you are logged in, you will be able to use your BB Points towards your purchase as long as you:
1. Have INR 1500+ in your cart
2. Have at least 100 BOLD BONUS points in your account

Will my points expire?

Yes, after 1 year your points will expire. Don't worry! We'll notify you when the expiry date rolls around!

Why can't I refer someone with the same address as me?

We do this in order to prevent individuals from taking undue advantage of both the INR 300 and 20% offers from the referral. Both Emails and Delivery addresses for the referral sender and reciever must be different.

Will I Be Refunded My Points If I Make A Return?

Point(s) will not be reissued if you’re granted a refund. The voucher/discount amount is applied on the cart total. Refer to hygiene policy to know more about return policy.

Why did I lose points?

For returned orders where a refund is issued, any Points associated with that order will be removed from your account.
